SOCIAL ENTREPRENEUR RECEIVES OBE IN 2008 NEW YEAR

Margaret Elliott, the founder and executive director of an employee owned care provider in Sunderland, has been awarded an OBE in the 2008 New Years Honours List for services to the City of Sunderland. (OBE = Order of the British Empire).
